Crossings and Reflections

Writings of Thomas James Martin

As a writer,  I am perhaps best known for  creative non-fiction and poetry on a wide variety of subjects, especially inspiration and spirituality, but also politics, literature and humor.  My essays, stories, poetry and columns have appeared online and in print through the years.  I currently maintain a body of my most recent work(poetry) at  a "blog" hosted by Google.  Just follow this link: Haiku Crossings.  I now consider myself a "haiku" poet, with recent appearances in various journals, including Frogpond, Prune Juice,  The Heron's Nest, Contemporary Haibun Online, Simply Haiku and Haibun Today, among others.

Notice:  I am closing down this website in favor of a new blog.   Please join me at Crossings and Reflections Weblog

Try writing a 50,000 word novel each November during National Novel Writing Month!  Yes!  If I can do it,  you can too!  Several hundred (fast approaching a thousand) future novelists do it every year.
